For Teens — Foundations Program

A 12-Week Support Program to Build Confidence, Executive Functioning, and School-Life Balance

Foundations is a structured, supportive coaching program designed specifically for autistic and neurodivergent teens who are struggling with overwhelm, school pressure, and daily life management. We help teens build emotional regulation, self-confidence, organization, and independence — without shame, lectures, or pressure.

Because being a teenager is hard, and being a neurodivergent one can feel impossible without the right support.
